Personal Introduction
After years in the corporate world, I witnessed how stress, pressure and constant demands affect the body and mind. I saw so many people carrying tension in their bodies, anxiety in their thoughts and heaviness in their hearts — and I felt it myself.
I witnessed the detrimental physical effects stress and anxiety have on the body, leading to pain, imbalance and illness.
That journey inspired me to create a healing space where people can release what weighs them down and reconnect with their inner calm. Today, I offer Usui Reiki, Access Bars® and Red-Light & Vibration Therapy to support emotional release, physical relief and energetic balance.
